Lahaina Beach Club Rendering

Often, I get real estate brokers or agent wanting to pretty up their properties for marketing. I'll hear, “can you put lipstick on a pig?”. This one, the Lahaina Beach Club property, is a beautiful building on the ocean, however, it needed a major make over. I didn’t have CAD files to work with, actually, the architect wouldn’t release them to the owner. It turned out that the architect wanted to provide the architectural renderings, but the real estate broker wanted something better than the architect could provide.

Summer Set House Rendering

I really enjoy these single house rendering projects. Some projects can last weeks, months, or sometimes years, so it is relaxing to spend just a couple days on a project.

Summer Set House Rendering

I average one house a week and each one takes me about two days, start to finish. It’s nice to fit these smaller projects in between larger ones, which tend to take a while to receive feedback.

Hancock Apartment Interior Renderings

These came to be as a previous client referral, which is always a great complement. They already had interior renderings created, by someone else, but they were not happy with them and they didn’t think they could use them for their marketing campaign.

At first, I received partial information, so the project started off strange. The interior images were dark and gloomy, however, I wanted to show the client an unbiased look into their interior spaces, so I didn’t do any tricks to brighten things up. After receiving more information we realized that the windows I had built, where 1/2 as small and 1/2 as many. Once I opened up some more exterior wall with opening, the spaces became bright an cheery.

Truth be known, the spaces are a little small, however, with some photography tricks, light and bright colors, and limited furniture, the spaces look spacious.
