Great client, but a little unconventional. Here, the real estate broker commissioned me to illustrate this property for advertisement. The unconventional aspect is that the architect does provide renderings, but the real estate wanted more than the architectural firm could do in-house. I work for a lot of architects, and I work for several real estate firms, but to be in the middle is a little odd. Nevertheless, here they are.
