Here is a beautiful home in upper state New York. It is always a pleasure to work with this client, although sometime interesting. I usually get a vague texts, the architect steps in and out of the process, and the owner usually calls in a panic, needed something within an hour when I haven't heard from him in weeks. Hey, it keeps me on my toes.
